Shipping information
Postage fees
For every delivery a flat-rate amount for postage and packaging is charged as follows:
Germany:
up to 500 gram: 2,50 Euro
500 - 1000 grams: 3,50 Euro
1000 - 2000 grams: 4,50 Euro
2000 - 5000 grams: 6,50 Euro
All others:
up to 500 gram: 4,50 Euro
500 - 1000 grams: 8,00 Euro
1000 - 2000 grams: 12,00 Euro
2000 - 5000 grams: 20,00 Euro
Magnet Verlag reserves the right to charge a higher flat-rate shipping fee for larger orders (from 1 kilogram). In this case, the customer will be contacted by email and informed of the additional costs. The customer has the right to cancel the order if he does not agree to the higher shipping costs.
Returning items
Orders can be withdrawn within 14 days of receipt of goods in any form (email, letter or telephone) and the goods can be returned at the expense and risk of the customer.

The refund for returned goods will only be credited to the customer's credit card used for payment, or on the corresponding PayPal account and only if the product is returned in a perfect state.
Delivery time
We strive for the fastest possible delivery.
Nevertheless we are hereby declaring that delivery may take about one week for Germany and about ten to fourteen days for any other country.
Exchange
If the merchandise arrives damaged, it will be replaced, if you inform us within 24 hours from receipt of the product via e-mail with a photo of the damaged goods: contact@magnetverlag.com
Please do not send unsolicited goods back. We will inform you about how to proceed.
Reservation/clause
Magnet Verlag reserves the right to adjust and change our price on magnetverlag.com and magnetverlag.de as well as the shipping fees.
